Bacon, sausage, black pudding, haggis, tomato, baked beans, hash brown and mushrooms,

with a choice of scrambled, fried, poached or boiled egg.

POACHED EGG, SALMON AND SPINACH

Sliced smoked salmon with a poached egg served on a bed of spinach.

SPINACH SCRAMBLE

 Lightly scrambled eggs blended with fresh spinach.

SMOKED SALMON WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS

Scrambled eggs topped with fresh smoked salmon and garnished with rocket.

WAFFLES WITH STRAWBERRIES, FRESH FRUIT AND YOGHURT

Home made Belgian waffles served with strawberries, selected fresh fruits, yoghurt,

toasted almonds and drizzled with maple syrup.

All topped off with a fresh mint garnish.

                                                               

Accompanied by your choice of toasted Granary, White or Wholemeal bread 

regular or de-caff Coffee and Tea,

Fruit infusions and Herbal Teas.

All our meat is sourced from our award winning local butcher, D Gilmour, in Kingussie.

Our Salmon and Free Range Eggs come from our local supplier, George's Fresh Fish, and is sourced by him in Port Soy.

And all our herbs are grown fresh in our herb garden.
